Aluminum Truss Masts

INTRODUCTION

The AluPro lattice mast catalog consists of six product lines that differ in many parameters. The name of the line comes from the width of the mast shaft in the axes of the tubes – so I have the following type series: M250, M400, M500, M600, M750 and M1000. The available heights and maximum load-bearing capacities of the masts vary with the variety of shafts.

Each of the available lines has its own distinguishing feature, which is why it is worth considering its selection in a nutshell. Our lattice masts cover the needs of most customers – from small subscriber installations in the WISP sector to powerful measuring masts with a height of 120 meters for the renewable energy industry.

M250

The 250 mm mast, thanks to its slim truss, does not visually dominate the buildings on which it is installed, casts a low radio shadow, which allows the use of relatively short antenna support arms (for omnidirectional antennas)

M400

economical mast, the geometry of this product is selected to transfer maximum loads from antennas with minimal material and welding input. It is worth choosing it when the cost is more important than high load capacity.

M500

the most frequently chosen mast for small radio lines. It combines torsional stiffness resulting from the widening of the shaft with the convenience of technicians moving around the mast thanks to the greater number of crossbars (windows) in the grid vs. M400. In the basic version, the masts on this grid extend to 28 meters in height, we have developed HD versions with significantly reinforced parameters.

M600

This series is basically used exclusively as a basis for measuring masts. It is often specified in tenders and well tested in practical use. AluPro delivered about 10 of this type of masts in the years 2010-2020, with heights ranging from 80 to 120 meters

M750

a mast designed for high loads, available in many versions designed for different wind zones. An interesting feature is the external horizontal grid added in the middle of the diagonal pipes, which makes it much easier for installation technicians to move around the mast. Masts in this geometry can reach 120 meters, while the curb pipe is 50×5 - of course, for lighter applications we produce standard versions of this type of grid.

M1000

the largest of the available masts in the AluPro offer, it is distinguished by two valuable features. Firstly, it is a mast with an internal access ladder, which allows for very convenient use and easy integration of fall protection systems. The second variable is access to a number of accessories specially developed for masts and towers of the M1000 series. These include working galleries, platforms, protection against unauthorized access and others.
