Description
The M250 series lattice tower is primarily used in situations where architectural considerations call for a more delicate and less conspicuous structure. Another important feature of this type of radio mast is its minimal impact on the radiation pattern of omnidirectional antennas not mounted at the top of the structure. The radio shadow cast by a narrow mast is significantly smaller than that of a wide one. As a result, we can shorten the antenna booms while achieving a similar level of interference as with wider masts, or alternatively, keep the booms long to minimize the mast’s impact on wave propagation (compared to wider structures).
The mast is designed for use in Wind and Icing Zone I and is intended for 0.5 square meters of antenna area at the top, the height range is max 20 meters. The set includes 4-meter aluminum segments, an aluminum mast base with two degrees of freedom for on-site installation, a lightning arrester, installation screws, guy wires, and accessories (shackles, turnbuckles, thimbles).
