Do you also produce in materials other than aluminum?
We produce masts and towers also in steel, we are able to build mast structures up to 160 meters and tower structures up to 60 meters. Please contact us atinfo@alupro.plregarding non-standard sizes and solutions.
How do I place an order?
If you are placing a small order for a standard product, simply send an email toinfo@alupro.pl. In response, you will receive information about the price and delivery time. If you accept the terms, we will send you a proforma invoice. Its settlement is tantamount to accepting the order for execution. If you need a set for a specific location, construction project or unusual equipment, contact the sales department by phone to determine availability or the possibility of making changes to the standard product. All orders with deferred payment (for regular customers) or with a value exceeding 10,000 Euro require a written order. We issue an appropriate one-sided document - you accept its content and return it signed. This is also tantamount to accepting the order.
How do I receive my order?
Small items (crowns, handles, single S2 segments) are sent by courier - most often DHL (pallets), larger orders are handled by Shenker, we have our own transport VW Crafter and Iveco Maxi + 4-meter trailer. We often use transport exchanges on behalf of our clients. We allow and prefer personal collection. We invite you for a coffee. The buyer covers the transport costs. Prices require confirmation.
Net catalog prices? Can I count on a discount?
Yes, all prices are given in net version (without VAT). Prices are given in retail prices, for small purchases. Volume discounts are possible. Wholesale purchases allow you to reduce the margin, because the production of a long series of identical products brings economies of scale. We invite dealers and wholesalers to cooperate. Note that from 2022 all prices on the website require e-mail confirmation due to dynamic changes in costs on the market.
I didn’t find it in the catalogue – what now?
We receive many inquiries about non-standard solutions, larger/higher than the most popular catalog products. In most cases, we can make or design non-standard products for you. Perhaps a similar product is already in our project database (the product catalog shows only a part of our portfolio - the one that is purchased most often). Generally, technologically, we are able to produce masts up to 160 meters high (aluminum) and towers up to 40 meters in aluminum and 60 meters in steel. On special request, we make steel lattice and tubular masts. Please contact us.
How long will I have to wait for my order to be fulfilled?
It depends on the nature of the order and the production workload. Standard products are shipped within 3-5 working days from the payment of the pro-forma invoice. Tailor-made products require confirmation. The production capacity of the plant currently amounts to 32 meters of standard aluminum mast truss per day (equivalent to M500). Production of high aluminum towers, e.g. T1000-36, takes about 5 weeks from the date of order placement.
Can I get help with installation?
Yes, our team of installers is at your disposal. Using the AluPro assembly service allows you to combine the transport of the purchased mast with the costs of travel of the work crew. The installation price is individual and depends on the roof structure, roof covering, ease of access to the building's structural elements (to which the guy lines can be safely anchored), the type of foundation in the case of ground installation, access to the construction site and the amount of space around (the possibility or necessity of using a crane, alternatively the rotation method in verticalizing the mast)
I am ordering a mast or tower, what do you need for a quote?
To propose a mast or tower tailored to your needs and determine installation costs, we need to know:
- wind zone of the installation, or location
- total equivalent areas of antennas planned for installation and their assumed heights
- we don't need to know their mass
- in the case of towers and masts installed on the ground – ground tests together with determining the water level
- in the case of masts and towers on a building – a plan of the top floor of the building, a vertical section through the roof structure
