PROJECT REVIEW
The most important mast and tower installations
in the history of AluPro //PART 2
T1000-30 lattice steel tower for the Polish Army
At AluPro, we were commissioned to build a 30-meter hot-dip galvanized steel tower in northern Poland, on the military training ground in Drawsko Pomorskie. This comprehensive project included building foundations, leveling anchors with millimeter precision, verticalization and assembly of the tower. All seamlessly executed by the Alupro team.
M500-12 Wall mast for FMS Internetservices (Germany)
In 2019, we were tasked with designing and producing a wall-mounted radio link mast for the Hochschule für Wirtschaft und Umwelt in Nürtingen-Geislingen. Our team meticulously prepared, welded and shipped all the components necessary for installation. The assembly was carried out without any problems by the customer's team.
M750-14 wall mast on the Losheim fire brigade observation tower for Intersaar GmbH (Germany)
We undertook an exciting project in southern Germany, constructing a 14-metre wall mast on top of a 100-year-old fire watch tower. Given the delicate nature of the walls and the mast extending over 10 metres from its top mount, the project required sandwich reinforcement using C-180 steel channels both inside and outside the tower. Although not without its challenges, the undertaking proved both intriguing and rewarding. Working amidst the picturesque Losheim Hills, our installers enjoyed breathtaking views from their vantage point at the top of the tower.
Small aluminum turret T1000-8 installed on the roof for FMS Internetservices (Germany)
The tower was installed on a reinforced concrete frame of the elevator shaft, the challenges included delivering the tower to the roof of the 4-storey building using a basket lift. Another problem to overcome was the reconstruction of the waterproof seals of the roof covering.
Aluminum mast M1000-24 installed on the Police building near Warsaw (PL)
We carried out a simple installation on a new Polish Police building near Warsaw. The installation included a 1-meter wide shaft mast, which is often chosen because of the internal ladder, which makes servicing much easier. To optimize cost efficiency, we used a winch and an auxiliary mast to plumb the structure, thus saving on the price of the crane. Our commitment to cost-effective solutions is always well received by customers.
Large lattice mast M1000-50
The project included both the construction of a foundation using precast concrete blocks and the erection of a solid 50-meter-high M1000 series mast. The photos shown show the different stages of the project, including the positioning of the foundation, the compactor work and the verticalization of the mast.
Construction of the T1000-9.9 aluminum tower in Meppen for Meconet (Germany)
We designed this tower specifically for the German market, taking advantage of regulations that exempt structures below 10 meters from the building permit procedure. This compact but fully equipped tower offers exceptional value in this market segment. The tower offers essential facilities, including a manhole ladder, fall protection system, access hatch and lightning protection. Taking advantage of the favorable ground conditions, we opted for ground screws as the foundation solution.
Sixteen-meter quadro tower on the air traffic control tower – Szymany airport (Poland)
A richly equipped tower whose shape was dictated by the physics of the building on which it stands. The strongest points of each structure are its corners and it is best to apply all the big forces there. The four paws of this quadro tower allowed for equal loading of all the corners of the structure. Control over the design and production process allows us to solve even such - complex - cases. The tower was equipped with all possible accessories such as obstruction lights, manhole and cable ladders, working platforms.
