Characteristics of the QS system

Square trusses (quadro) are distinguished by the use of 4 main (supporting) pipes, which results in a regular shape that facilitates storage. Their regular shape also ensures symmetry of the structures created from this truss, facilitating the use of standardized corners. The flat surfaces of the grating facilitate the placement of banners, mounts for LED panels, TVs, or the stretching of advertising or protective nets. The advantage of QS290 trusses is also their highest durability, which is especially important when planning large spans of beams without support, but with significant loads.

The disadvantage of the QS290 system is the higher beam weight compared to the TS290 system, as well as the approximately 30% higher price.

The QS system is available in a standard version with a beam width of 290 mm (QS290) and a reinforced version with a beam width of 390 mm (QS390). We also vary the material used. Standard pipes are 50×2 on the main strips and 20×2 on the lamellas (diagonal grating). On special request, we make trusses in a reinforced version, i.e. 50×3 or 50×4 on the main chords and 20×3 on the grating. A "light" version is also available for applications where the low weight of the product is particularly important.

All prices and descriptions, unless otherwise stated, refer to standard trusses, i.e. QS290 made of AW6082 aluminum with a wall thickness of 2 mm.
