When writing about a new project, do not forget to provide us with key information that will allow us to provide a qualitative quote or outline a sensible solution.
If you are communicating about telecommunications masts and towers, then:
1. Mark the location where the structure will be located - if this is not possible, provide us with information about the wind zone, icing zone, altitude and terrain exposure
2. If you have ground research, please provide it to us
3. If the mast is to be placed on a building, we need a plan of the top floor and, if possible, a design of the entire facility.
If you are communicating about stage trusses, then:
1. Tell us what loads you expect and on what spans of unsupported beams
2. Determine how the mass will be distributed - in spots or evenly along the entire length of the beam
3. Define the longest and shortest truss module that we can use
4. Let us know whether you are planning a permanent installation or the structure will be moved (it affects the truss connection we propose)
