AluPro has been offering services in the field of design, production and assembly of steel and aluminium structures since 2008. We specialise in aluminium masts and towers for telecommunications. We design them and we are a production plant of masts and towers. This is over 80% of our turnover. The second most important branch is stage solutions – trusses, trolleys, beams, gates, tent structures. Here, too, we are distinguished by the possibility of creating new, unique solutions for individual or unusual problems of our Clients. This area provides us with about 15% of income. We are also active on the advertising market, offering billboard structures, telescreen mounts, displays and a number of small thematic products. In total, they account for the last 5% of income.
We offer services from identifying the client's needs, through design and 3D visualization to the finished project. Almost twenty years of presence on the market have allowed us to prove that we take quality seriously. Recommendation is the most important source of our new clients.
AluPro is a team of many people with different specializations, the core are design engineers and a structural engineer with construction qualifications, a marketing specialist is responsible for the business side, and production is run by a team of experienced welders. Among our collaborators we have specialists in law, accounting, construction managers, surveyors, installers and assemblers. This potential can also build your business.

Masts and Towers
We produce radio masts, radio towers and measuring masts up to 160 meters high. We produce in steel and aluminum. The offer starts with the economical M400 series constructions and ends with the comfortable M1000. All products can be adapted to the appropriate wind zone and planned antenna surface load.
Field Installation
We deal with the installation of our products, basic work at heights, installation of antennas and cabling. We service masts manufactured by AluPro as well as other manufacturers as part of warranty and post-warranty service
Stage and Fair
We design and manufacture stage trusses, crane systems, gates, and handles. Our products are compatible with Milos Prolyte connection systems, as well as EuroTruss, GlobalTruss, and AluStage. We adapt to the solutions our Clients already have. We specialize in systems tailored to the given interior (solutions “tailored” – clubs, discos).
Design Office
We design custom truss structures, we cooperate with design offices. In today's complex world, specialization is becoming increasingly important. Our partners can reach for our many years of expertise in the field of design and construction of masts and telecommunications towers. How we grow
2008
Beginnings as ELMAX – AluPro
Based on the rapidly growing demand for radio links for the needs of the dynamically expanding Internet network, the Alupro company is born. The chief engineer and the most important person in the company is engineer Dariusz Wojciechowski, the other partners, previously operating as ELMAX, provide premises and business support.
AluPro is looking for its place within its chosen niche by experimenting, among other things, with the production of its own very successful line of WiFi antennas.
2014
Change of personnel, establishment of AluPro sc
Due to the dynamic development and warm reception by the market - AluPro changed the composition and place of production to the first professionalized plant. The team was joined by mgr. Michał Kubiak - providing business and marketing support, the cooperation was cemented by engineer Piotr Kopczyński - a recognized industry designer.
AluPro moved to Warsaw, to Faraday Street, to the former INCO plant in the Żerań district.
2018
Relocation of the plant to Słupno near Radzymin
Our previous tenant decided to completely reconstruct the AluPro halls, which is why we changed the location. Słupno is a place where one of the largest wholesalers of non-ferrous metals, including aluminum, operates, which makes it very easy to stock new projects - because we work next door. The larger space and better office conditions are also important.
AluPro moved to a 1,200 m2 hall rented from the plastics processing company Kamplast.
2023
Further professionalization, change of business type to a limited liability company
Due to the constantly increasing turnover, a decision is made to change the type of business activity from a civil partnership to a limited liability company.
The Management Board of the company is formed, key decisions are made by Resolutions. In accordance with legal requirements, we move to full accounting - which improves cost control and visualizes financial flows.
2024
Purchase of land for a new plant, design process, obtaining a building permit
A decision is made to purchase a 1.5-hectare plot in Pieńków near Warsaw, where the first fully owned AluPro plant will be built – tailored to our needs and fully equipped to meet our needs.
The design work was completed in 2023, we are in the process of obtaining a Building Permit, however, due to the reconstruction of the S7 route, which we border on, the procedures are taking a bit longer.
Future
Construction of the plant and relocation
This is our dream for now – or rather our goal. Since we like to visualize goals, we reserve a place on the website where we will be able to brag about the construction progress and the subsequent relocation.
