PROJECT REVIEW
The most important mast and tower installations
in the history of AluPro //PART 1
M600-100 Measuring Mast
This massive, 100-meter aluminum mast is located in northern Poland and was completed in 2018. Our work on this project included static calculations, handling formal documentation including building permits, production and finally assembly.
Signal tower based on T1000-12 geometry
We were asked to design a signal tower for the Wielisewo Fire Department in Poland, based on our existing product line. Added features included a peak siren basket, PA speakers and Digiplex antennas. The tower was fitted with a tamper-proof access hatch, a staff ladder, a cable ladder and a fall protection system. We also manufactured a complete set of foundation anchors.
M1000-36 mast on the roof of the Fire Department
The AluPro team manufactured and installed this large M1000 mast in southern Poland. The use of 6-meter sections made the delivery process easier, making it possible to complete even without a truck. Given the limited space on the roof and to speed up the installation process, we used an 80-meter mobile crane to assemble the mast.
Fifty-meter aluminum tower T1800-50 – sample implementation
In late 2022, AluPro was commissioned to build four 50-meter towers in Eastern Poland. This significant undertaking included the entire scope of work, from design and obtaining building permits to tower fabrication, foundation construction, electrical installations and commissioning of communication equipment. It is worth noting that these towers are among the largest aluminum structures in the world, as steel is usually preferred for taller structures. Despite the six-month period required for legal formalities, we proudly completed this ambitious project before the end of 2022, an impressive achievement considering its scale and complexity.
