T1000 and T500 towers – applications and differences

The product portfolio of standard towers is divided into two basic geometries - these are towers T500 and T1000. T500 towers belong to the economic sector and their height does not exceed 30 meters. Apart from a reasonable price, their great advantage (in relation to masts) is the low demand for plot area. The disadvantages include the rather difficult movement of service technicians on the lattice, especially in its lower parts, as well as certain inconveniences in the use of fall protection systems. T500 towers are largely welded - which speeds up assembly, reduces production costs but complicates delivery somewhat. The model name comes from the width of the highest segment of the tower - in the case of T500 it is 500 mm in the axes of the pipes and analogously for T1000 - 1 meter.

T1000 Tower – Proven and Convenient

The T1000 series towers are top-shelf products where high durability meets comfort of use. An internal ladder makes it easier to move around the structure. We have developed many accessories compatible with the T1000 and M1000 series of towers and masts, including working galleries, gangways, resting hatches, and protection against unauthorized access. Most products in this series are assembled on the construction site from prefabricated elements - which means that the transport of even 40-meter-long structures does not pose any significant logistical difficulties.

However, the towers that we produce for special orders go beyond the standard of the two product lines. There are so many different needs and variables that it would be difficult to handle them within two geometries. We implement structures based on entrusted designs, we develop solutions based on the client's static calculations - and finally, we offer non-standard solutions ourselves.
