Remember that the selection of the right solution for you depends on the soil conditions (including the level of groundwater), the type of the planned structure, its load from devices and wind, the limiting factor may be the possibility of delivering a given solution to the planned installation site (e.g. entry of low-floor transport with prefabricated panels).
