Description
A 25-meter-high aluminum lightning protection tower protects ground structures with increased susceptibility to lightning strikes, including high-voltage stations, transformer rooms, ground broadcasting stations, military facilities, measurement facilities (e.g. weather stations), railway facilities. The tower weighs only 221 kg. Low reactions to the foundation thanks to the high convergence of the truss structure make it possible to use light foundations - including, for example, ground screws. The electric charge is carried by a 1.5 meter high lightning rod and by the tower structure to the ground (steel hoop wrap, reinforced with GALMAR rods if necessary)
