We are looking for a welder foreman with experience in working independently… and a knack for managing a team of several locksmiths and welders.

The responsibilities of the position described include:

• organizing the production process
• managing a team of 3 locksmiths and 2 welders
• mentoring functions – training of the crew, raising qualifications and technical culture
• managerial functions – e.g. co-deciding on career paths

Requirements:

• experience in a similar position,
• leadership skills and knowledge potential necessary to build trust in the team,
• TIG 141 welding qualifications
• VT2 – qualifications for quality control of welds will be an advantage
