WHO WE ARE
AluPro is primarily people and the skills behind them. The team is built by an engineer from the Warsaw University of Technology - Faculty of Power and Aeronautical Engineering, a business specialist, a master's degree from the University of Warsaw and a civil engineer from the Gdańsk University of Technology. Specialist education and experience in production make our products particularly good.
AluPro would not exist without our employees – locksmiths, welders, installers. The production staff is subject to precise selection. Those who join the team undergo training. All welders have TUV exams.

WHAT DO WE DO?
We produce radio masts, radio towers and measuring masts up to 160 meters high. We produce in steel and aluminum. The offer starts with the economical M400 series constructions and ends with the comfortable M1000. All products can be adapted to the appropriate wind zone and planned antenna surface load.
We deal with the installation of our products, basic work at heights, installation of antennas and cabling. We service masts manufactured by AluPro as well as other manufacturers as part of warranty and post-warranty service
We design and manufacture stage trusses, crane systems, gates, and handles. Our products are compatible with Milos Prolyte connection systems, as well as EuroTruss, GlobalTruss, and AluStage. We adapt to the solutions our Clients already have. We specialize in systems tailored to the given interior (solutions “tailored” – clubs, discos).
We design custom truss structures, we cooperate with design offices. In today's complex world, specialization is becoming increasingly important. QUALITY CONTROL AND PROCEDURES

Each delivery from an aluminum foundry differs in material specifications (e.g., tensile strength of the metal). In order to track issues (e.g., mismatch between description and grade), these batches of material must be separated and appropriately labeled.

Welding quality is essential for product safety. Welders must be aware of the welding instructions for each product, must be supervised, and welds must be finally checked. When processing metal, aluminum grades cannot be mixed randomly, because not all grades combine well.

Another important safety factor is the design itself. All of our designs undergo static calculations and verification by an engineer with unlimited building permits.
Our projects are fully compliant with the applicable PN/EN and Eurocode standards. We attach appropriate Declarations of Conformity to our products.

KNOWLEDGE ZONE
AluPro masts offer a lifetime warranty against frost cracking, a problem that often leads to the need to replace the mast. A special drainage system and markings on the masts minimize the risk of damage, and if necessary, the manufacturer covers the cost of replacing damaged segments. AluPro ensures not only durability, but also a safe installation.
Designing a radio link network requires ensuring visibility between antennas and the presence of an unobstructed Fresnel zone. Altitude maps, drones and meteorological balloons are used for field verification. The price of the service is PLN 3,200 net per day.
Some of our structures receive stainless steel fittings for an additional fee. Have you ever wondered what this means in practice? Well, commercially we distinguish 2 "levels" of stainless steel. In the mast industry, the standard is flange connections dependent on the bolt class, which determines their tensile strength and ductility. The bolt classification, described by two-digit symbols, informs about their maximum load in relation to the cross-section.
Customers often wonder why the mast attachment is more expensive than the mast itself. The values of the tearing and driving forces in the roof quoted in the static calculations show how important proper anchoring is, which often requires major construction work and specialist solutions, individually adapted to each building.
Working on towers and masts can be dangerous. This is evident from the manufacturers' recommendations suggesting that work on structures should not be carried out in winds above 5 m/s. Fortunately, we have access to BHP or mountaineering harnesses, which significantly increase safety, although rarely comfort. Changing positions on a mast is particularly uncomfortable, when each step means having to re-buckle the reins……
The rule is that the foundation should not reach below the groundwater level. If the water is shallow or very shallow – then a foundation slab weighted with an earthen embankment is most often used (or shallowly buried “mushrooms”, i.e. prefabricated foundations of the F series, e.g. manufactured by Elbud Gdańsk). Cast slabs are also often used when just below the ground surface in areas…
There are three main issues in the case of lightning protection of telecommunications masts that must be taken into account. In our opinion, the best and cheapest way to discharge the electric charge is through the structure of the mast or lattice tower. Alupro solutions are equipped with a special eyelet in the lowest segment that allows the whole thing to be connected to the building's lightning protection system. In the case of painted structures, remember to remove the coating…
Radio masts and towers require regular inspection and maintenance to prevent failures and life-threatening situations. Aluminum masts are corrosion-resistant but susceptible to frost cracking. The condition of guy wires and rope tension should be checked, and regular anti-corrosion inspections of steel structures are also necessary.
Leaving aside the issue of concessions for given frequency bands, there remains the issue of electromagnetic radiation in the context of environmental pollution. Current regulations allow for the emission of a maximum of 15W of power on the antenna without the need to report this fact to the Environmental Protection Department (in such a case, we are not dealing with an investment that significantly affects the environment).
