Description
The bridge ramp is an additional equipment for logistics center ramps adapted to standard TIR trailers for wheeled transport. It allows you to drive a delivery vehicle up to 3.5 tons (bus, tarpaulin) to the dock ramp gate or into the hall for unloading.
A special feature of the LBS900 model is the variable approach length (and therefore its angle). The design of the supporting legs allows for effective selection of square unevenness and rainwater runoff angles thanks to the built-in adjustment. The bridge structure consists of matching standardized modules: an exit module (on the dock side), an entry module (on the maneuvering area side) and a middle module (straight). All modules are 3 meters long, so we can use them to create bridge ramps with a total length of 6, 9, 12, 15 meters.
The dock ramp (bridge) is designed to handle delivery vehicles up to 3.5 tons with a safety margin of 1 ton. Therefore, we allow the movement of vehicles with a maximum weight of 4.5 tons. The allowable dock height range is from 0.8 to 1.4 meters with a recommended value of 1.2 meters. Permissible angle of inclination is 5 – 10 degrees with a recommended value of 7 degrees. The ramp is equipped with a double security system for the leg length adjustment system and a connector plate hinged between the platform and the hall floor.
