PROJECT OVERVIEW

The most important mast and tower installations
in the history of AluPro // PART 1

M600-100 Measuring Mast

This massive 100-meter aluminum mast is located in northern Poland and was completed in 2018. The scope of our work on this project included calculating the statics, handling the formal documentation, including the building permit, manufacturing and finally installation.

Signal tower based on T1000-12 geometry

We were asked to design a signal tower for a fire station in Wielisewo, Poland, based on our existing product line. Added features included a peak siren basket, PA speakers and Digiplex system antennas. The tower was equipped with a manhole cover to prevent unauthorized access, a ladder for personnel, a cable ladder and a fall protection system. In addition, we manufactured a set of foundation anchors.

M1000-36 mast on the roof of the Fire Department

The AluPro team manufactured and installed this sizable M1000 mast in southern Poland. The use of 6-meter sections facilitated the delivery process, making it feasible even without a truck. Given the limited space on the roof and to speed up the installation process, we used an 80-meter mobile crane to install the mast.

Fifty-meter aluminum tower T1800-50 - sample implementation

At the end of 2022, AluPro was awarded a contract to build four 50-meter towers in eastern Poland. This significant undertaking included the entire scope of work, from designing and obtaining construction permits to manufacturing the towers, building the foundations, installing the electrical systems and commissioning the communications equipment. It is worth noting that the towers are among the largest aluminum structures in the world, as steel is usually preferred for taller structures. Despite the six-month period required for legal paperwork, we proudly completed this ambitious project before the end of 2022, an impressive achievement considering the scale and complexity.
