WHO WE ARE

Why is it worth trusting us?

AluPro is primarily people and the skills behind them. The team is built by an engineer from the Warsaw University of Technology - Faculty of Power and Aeronautical Engineering, a business specialist, a master's degree from the University of Warsaw and a civil engineer from the Gdańsk University of Technology. Specialist education and experience in production make our products particularly good.

AluPro would not exist without our employees – locksmiths, welders, installers. The production staff is subject to precise selection. Those who join the team undergo training. All welders have TUV exams.

Masts and Towers

We manufacture radio masts, radio towers, and measurement masts up to 160 meters in height. We manufacture them in steel and aluminum. Our product line ranges from the economical M400 series to the high-end M1000 series. All products can be adapted to the appropriate wind zone and the planned antenna surface load.

Storage of unprocessed aluminum

Each delivery from an aluminum foundry differs in material specifications (e.g., tensile strength of the metal). In order to track issues (e.g., mismatch between description and grade), these batches of material must be separated and appropriately labeled.

  • We use three separate warehouse areas to store AW6082, AW6060 and AW6063 grade aluminum separately.
  • Each area has shelves that separate different deliveries.

Welding process control

Welding quality is essential for product safety. Welders must be aware of the welding instructions for each product, must be supervised, and welds must be Finally checked. when processing metal, aluminum grades cannot be mixed randomly, because not all grades combine well.

  • Each product has welding instructions available at the welding station.
  • Employee hierarchy facilitates control and correction.
  • Approximately 30% of each batch of products undergoes visual inspection according to TUV VT2 specifications.

Design according to Eurocode

Another important safety factor is the design itself. All of our designs undergo static calculations and verification by an engineer with unlimited building permits.
Our designs are fully compliant with applicable PN/EN standards and the Eurocode. We include the relevant Declarations of Conformity with our products.

  • All designs are created in a 3D CAD environment.
  • All our projects undergo Autodesk Robot analysis and FEM analysis.
  • Upon request, AluPro can provide all the calculations needed for the building permit process in most eU member States.

Tower T1200-45 South West PL

We built a 45-meter-high tower using a completely new lattice design. Thanks to the well-thought-out geometry of the tower, we significantly reduced the number of components, which sped up the assembly of sections and made the construction process easier. Difficult conditions on the construction site due to heavy rainfall in the days preceding the verticalization of the mast made it difficult for heavy equipment, including a crane, to access the structure – however, the team overcame these adversities and the tower stands proud.

AluPro has completed a project for Modlin Airport involving the installation of two truss-type ballast masts. The technical requirement was to limit the pressure per unit area—we addressed this by using paving slabs distributed over a large area of the steel hall’s roof as ballast.

We manufactured and installed two steel masts as a subcontractor of the Winnicki construction company. The structures were hot-dip galvanized and painted gray - RAL consistent with the elevation of the finished building. AluPro had the pleasure of producing and installing a 16-meter H telecommunications tower at the Szymany Airport control tower. An interesting project (a structure widely supported on 4 "legs") in a prestigious location. The wide spacing of anchor points allowed to significantly reduce the reactions to the building and the windage of the structure compared to alternative solutions.

In March 2016, we introduced to sale (and installed at the first Customer) a small T1000 series ladder telecommunications tower with a height of 10 meters. The design is distinguished by its unprecedented convenience and transport size. The entire tower can be folded into 4 packages with dimensions of 250x40x30 cm and weight of approx. 60 kg. The compact size allows for easy shipping using available forwarding systems.

Standard inspection combined with photographic documentation for the customer. We check the tension of the cables and their condition, replace corroded cables and bolts, and protect minor areas of corrosion with zinc coating; a technician visually inspects the structure for fatigue or freeze cracks. The mast required repair—welding a crossbar at a certain height.

In the vicinity of the Szczerców Commune, for the IT-Partners company, we had the opportunity to install a telecommunications tower that created a special design challenge. The tower squeezed between 2 buildings could take up no more than 3 meters in width, with a minimum height of 30 meters. We designed an appropriate solution in a steel version, selecting cross-sections for a very limited base in order to maintain its correct statics. An interesting project for very small plots was created.

In response to the Client's needs, we developed a ramp system for vehicles up to 10 tons (axle load 5 tons). The goal was to level the transshipment docks adapted to TIR trailers with the floor level of an average delivery truck.
