Description
Truss masts, like any engineering structure, are subject to wear and damage. Damage may result from overloading the structure, installation errors, frost cracks due to contamination of the drainage channels in the mast, etc. The modular structure of the mast means that usually only one section is damaged, which can be easily replaced to continue using the efficient and safe system. AluPro offers service trusses (replacement) for all series of masts manufactured. The available gratings are divided into lengths - basically S2 and S4, which corresponds to a grating length of 2 and 4 meters. The next division results from the location of the truss in the mast. We distinguish lower sections (converged, symmetrical) - the so-called mast "legs", the next version are asymmetrical convergent lower sections - these are the "legs" of wall masts. Finally, we distinguish simple trusses - forming the main shaft of the mast. When ordering, please provide the correct code for the variables described above (see drop-down menu with prices). Service sections are made of pipes with thicknesses corresponding to the basic pipe thicknesses in standard masts of a given series, and the wall thickness is 2 mm. For tall masts (above 30 meters), the section wall thicknesses are sometimes differentiated - thick-walled pipes in the lower part of the mast, and the higher the mast, the more delicate the pipes. If a section in a high mast is to be replaced, please provide information on how high the mast the truss will be installed and at what height when ordering. This will help you choose a model that perfectly matches the intended workplace.
