Description

The ballast tower designed for large-scale artistic events (as a backup or support for the GSM system) can also be useful for public services in the event of local disasters, floods to create an independent radio network in disaster areas or to temporarily expand current systems. Despite its structure not being connected to the ground, the tower has a fairly large load-bearing capacity for antennas (at the level of two square meters at the top). The relatively light aluminum structure reaches 30 meters above ground level - a very sought-after height - allowing in most cases to go slightly above the level of treetops.

The ballast baskets are made in a way that makes it easy to move them using small HDS cranes. The baskets also have a built-in mechanism for plumb-lining the tower in the range of +/- 10 degrees - we recommend leveling the ground under the tower. The required size of the tower site is a circle with a radius of 7 meters and an area of about 40 square meters.
