We design roof hatches in unusual sizes and with large surfaces. Apart from the fire protection function, flaps of this type are also used as loading flaps, e.g. for machines and interior equipment that cannot otherwise be brought inside due to the size of door openings in staircases, etc. Loading is done by crane from above through an open flap. The solution is used by cinemas, museums, scientific institutions and simulator rooms. We invite designers to contact us in order to develop a hatch model consistent with the investment requirements. We provide technical drawings, catalog cards, and static calculations of flaps. The visualization shows a hatch made for a British customer, size 4.8 meters x 1.8 meters, sheet metal structure, weight approximately 390 kg.
