We are looking for a person for the position of welder foreman with extensive experience in working independently... and the ability to manage a team of several locksmiths and welders. We offer an employment contract (or mandate contract between AluPro and a sole proprietorship), good financial conditions, and managerial support.
DThe duties of this position include:
- organizing the production process of entrusted technical designs
- managing a team of 3 locksmiths and 2 welders
- mentoring functions - crew training, improving qualifications and technical culture
- managerial functions - co-deciding on rewards and penalties for subordinate employees, setting vacation dates, setting development paths
Requirements:
- documented experience working in a similar position,
- leadership skills and knowledge potential necessary to build trust in the team,
- ability to read and interpret technical drawings,
- TIG 141 welding qualifications
- VT or qualifications for weld quality control will be a welcome advantage
