Description
The aluminum flanged terrace drain is intended for installation in the terrace screed layer. After sealing the concrete with waterproofing compounds, it ensures a durable and secure connection of the terrace/balcony structure with the drainage system. It eliminates the risk of leaking, which is usually an unreliable concrete/plastic connection that occurs with traditional system drains made of plastic. Temperature differences and freeze/thaw cycles cause the concrete to detach from the plastic, creating gaps through which water meanders deep into the terrace structure, emerging as streaks in the least expected places.
