Rotatable top mount with double arm. The design of the arm with a pressure ring allows for setting any lamp working angle, which is blocked by tightening the ring's pressure screws. The 60 mm pipe allows for rotation of the installed floodlight in the horizontal axis - together this gives 2 degrees of freedom in setting the lamp mount, providing unparalleled freedom in directing the light beam. This solution surpasses standard lamp posts with its freedom of setting and solidity resulting from the truss nature of the pole on which the mount is installed.
The mount is screwed to the upper flanges of the light tower, which allows it to be replaced with a version with more or fewer arms if the need arises in the future. This is also an unusual feature among lamps, poles and light towers.
Technical parameters:
- Steel S235 Hot-dip galvanized
- Fully continuous pipe, suitable as a power cable grommet
- Pipe diameter 60 mm, wall thickness 3.2 mm
- 2 degrees of freedom of adjustment
- Support plate - 6 mm Steel sheet
- Replaceable plate (possible increase in the number of arms in the future)

Applications of the MG-2L Head
The MG-2L lighting head is designed for mounting on the tops of WSH series lattice poles and other poles with a flange (spacing of W240 or W450 mm). It allows for the installation of LED fixtures with a tubular end (60 mm diameter) and offers full adjustment of the lamp’s operating angle without having to remove the entire head.
- Parking Lots and Maneuvering Areas – Two lamps arranged at 180° and precisely aimed at the area to be illuminated; easy to adjust after changes to the site layout.
- Industrial and logistics sites – Hot-dip galvanizing provides corrosion resistance in chemically aggressive environments.
- Housing developments and internal roads – The adjustable arms allow you to adapt the light distribution to the course of the road or sidewalk.
- Modernization of Existing Systems – The interchangeability of the support plate allows the system to be expanded with additional arms in the future without replacing the post.
Key technical features
- 60 mm diameter Through pipe – allows the power cable to be routed through a concealed channel along the arm directly to the fixture, without any visible wiring.
- Clamping ring – Lock the lamp's operating angle by tightening the screws; no play after adjustment.
- 2 degrees of freedom – Independent adjustment in the vertical and horizontal planes allows for precise aiming of the light beam.
- Replaceable carrier plate – The standardized flange allows the MG-2L head to be replaced in the future with another model from the MG series without having to replace the pole.
- Hot-dip galvanized S235 – A minimum coating service life of 30 years without repainting, in accordance with EN ISO 1461.
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Which bulbs are compatible with the MG-2L head?
The head is designed to accommodate LED fixtures with a tubular end fitting for a 60 mm diameter tube. Typical 50–400 W LED floodlights mounted on such a fitting are compatible without adapters. Check the lamp’s specifications for the diameter of the mounting bracket.
Which poles is the MG-2L head compatible with?
The head is mounted at the top of the pole using a standard flange. It is compatible with WSH series poles (W240 or W450) and any other pole with a top flange. If necessary, we can design an adapter.
How do you adjust the angle of the light fixture after installation?
After loosening the clamping ring screws, the arm can be rotated in the desired direction. Once the desired angle is set, simply tighten the screws—no special tools required, and this can be done from the lift.
