Steel lattice column with a base height of 10 meters in a configuration of 2 sections, one 6 meters and the other 4 meters. Like each of our columns - the upper segment allows the replacement of the mounting plate with another available solution from the MG series. We can also develop an independent plate for your system - the possibility of adaptation is the strong point of our solution. The column is made of steel bars, thanks to the lattice structure it is particularly durable and stable in strong winds. The modular design (division into sections) facilitates any repairs in the event of damage (e.g. traffic damage) - only the lower segment can be replaced.

Applications of the WSH10-W450-125 Pole
The WSH10-W450-125 steel lattice pole is a professional solution for lighting open areas that require high strength and weather resistance. Its 10-meter height makes it particularly effective for lighting large and tall industrial spaces. A popular choice in Scandinavia and on Polish industrial markets—the open lattice structure reduces wind pressure while maintaining high rigidity.
- Multi-level parking garages and large maneuvering areas – A tall pole allows you to illuminate a wide area with a minimal number of light fixtures.
- Industrial and logistics sites – The industrial look of the truss complements the aesthetic of warehouses, storage facilities, and distribution centers.
- Construction sites – The modular design and flanged connections make it easy to relocate the system once the project is complete.
- Airports, terminals, stations – A height of 10 m makes it possible to illuminate a large area with a single light source while maintaining the required uniformity of illumination.
- Gas stations, car washes, driveways – hot-dip galvanizing provides long-lasting resistance to chemically aggressive environments.
Why use a steel truss instead of a pipe?
At a height of 10 m, the advantages of a steel truss over a tubular pole are particularly significant:
- Higher torsional stiffness – Four support tubes connected by cross-braces form a structure that is more resistant to lateral deflection and torsion than a single tube of the same mass.
- Less wind pressure – The open truss structure significantly reduces the frontal area compared to a solid pipe—a key factor in wind zones 2 and 3 at a height of 10 m.
- Hot-dip galvanizing S235 / EN ISO 1461 – zinc coating applied by dip coating, with a minimum lifespan of 30 years without additional painting.
- Modularity and serviceability – Dividing the structure into sections (2 sections: 6 m + 4 m) simplifies transport, makes assembly easier, and allows a damaged segment to be replaced without having to disassemble the entire structure.
Compatible lighting heads (MG Series)
The WSH10-W450-125 pole is compatible with the entire family of interchangeable MG heads—you select them separately to match the number and type of LED fixtures (top spacing: W450 mm):
- MG-1L / MG-2L / MG-3L / MG-4L – heads with swivel arms for 1–4 tubular lamps; fully adjustable lighting angle.
- MG-3LB – a rigid metal plate for 3 large industrial LED floodlights (spacing: 450 mm), with a central opening for cables.
- Custom board – Upon request, we design mounting solutions for custom lighting systems.
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Which LED floodlights are compatible with the WSH10-W450-125?
The pole is compatible with any LED fixture with a tubular or sheet-metal mounting (W450 mm spacing). 150–600 W floodlights are a typical choice for a 10 m pole. The selection of the MG head depends on the number and weight of the fixtures.
How do you install the foundation for a WSH10-W450-125 pole?
For a height of 10 m and a weight of approximately 200 kg, we recommend a concrete foundation or M20 chemical anchors set in drilled soil. The choice of foundation depends on the soil’s bearing capacity, the wind zone, and the total load from the light fixtures—see the product data sheet available for download above for details.
Are the sections welded or bolted together?
The internal Truss (stretcher beams) Is welded. the joints between The sections Are flanged—using m20 Bolts on 15-mm-thick plates—which allows for disassembly and reassembly without compromising strength characteristics.
What is the turnaround time?
We manufacture WSH poles to order. The standard lead time is 3–6 weeks. Please contact us regarding larger orders or rush orders.
