Telecommunications structures are our specialty – check out our recent work

We were hired by the Police Communications Department (through Skanska, the general contractor) to build this fairly tall tower in the city center. We used a design from another firm—but the fabrication, foundations, assembly, and installation were all carried out by AluPro. We also supplied a telecommunications container and the foundation.

Our first installation in France—this wall-mounted mast—enabled a radio link between Forbach and Saarbrücken. Easy installation. We’re proud of installations whose stories are hard to tell—because that means there were no problems. We like it when there are no problems.

Our client won a bid to expand Internet coverage in rural areas, with support from EU funds. The main installation and construction work was entrusted to AluPro. Within six months, we erected an impressive total of 10 masts and 4 towers. Despite the heavy workload, the team completed the project ahead of schedule.

We were successful in winning a State Forests tender for the construction of a telecommunications tower for their recently renovated headquarters near Wrocław. The scope of our work included everything from project management and obtaining a building permit to the production of the tower, final installation, and documentation. Despite encountering obstacles, such as delays on the part of the electricity supplier, we delivered a satisfactory result.

This project involved a streamlined process in which the customer prepared the foundations themselves. AluPro transported the tower from our facility and quickly assembled it (within one day). The next morning, the tower was raised to a vertical position using winches, which marked the completion of our work.

The project included both the construction of the foundation using precast concrete blocks and the erection of a sturdy 50-meter high M1000 series mast. The photos here show the various stages of the project, including positioning the foundation, working with the compactor and plumbing the mast.

We carried out a straightforward installation at the new Polish Police building near Warsaw. The installation included a mast with a 1-meter-wide shaft, which is often chosen because of its internal ladder, making maintenance work much easier. To optimize cost-effectiveness, we used a winch and an auxiliary mast to level the structure, thereby saving on the cost of a crane.
