The general rule is that guy wires should be arranged symmetrically—in three-cord masts, every 120° in the horizontal plane. As for the distance of the anchor point from the mast axis in the horizontal plane, it is assumed that it cannot be less than half the height of the mast. For example, for a 50-meter mast, the anchor point for the guy wires should be no closer than 25 meters from the axis of the structure.
