Description
Light breakers are a common solution in modern buildings that limit the amount of light entering heavily glazed spaces —which, in turn, reduces heat buildup and minimizes stark contrasts between surfaces directly exposed to sunlight and those in the shade. Thanks to their modern design, these light breakers are also used as an aesthetic element.
The AluPro LSBR Series Light Diffuser is made of 8 mm aluminum sheet, which serves as a support for 120x20 mm aluminum slats. It is mounted to the facade using system spacer brackets. The brackets are screwed to the wall, and their length is selected based on the thickness of the insulation. Thanks to this solution, the light diffuser fasteners can be installed during the construction of the facade, while the diffuser itself can be screwed on once the facade is complete. This protects the diffuser’s structure from damage and greatly facilitates work on the facade.
The breaker can be powder-coated in any color from the RAL palette. We do not manufacture individual units.
