Description
The balcony serves as the top section of exterior ladders. It allows you to safely step off the ladder and walk onto the roof. The access ramp allows you to step directly onto the roof surface without having to walk on the metal flashing of the parapet or knee wall (the metal can be slippery and is also prone to dents).
