The TYPE 1 roof access hatch is a product designed to improve safety during daily work on the roof. Occupational safety regulations require the provision of safe access routes on the roofs of buildings where service technicians, electricians, or cleaning crews are regularly present. TYP1 is the standard version—designed for typical fire wall heights. Available in stainless steel or hot-dip galvanized steel. The product is custom-made to fit the dimensions of the parapet.
